Campaign Templates
With Q3, we rolled out Campaign Templates to make setting up recurring campaigns a breeze. Now, you can save entire campaigns or specific promotion tiers as templates, cutting down on setup time. Whether you're planning seasonal offers or loyalty programs, this feature helps you launch campaigns faster and reduces the chance of errors across different projects.

Open-Source Loyalty Accelerator
We’ve introduced the Loyalty App Accelerator, an open-source tool built on Next.js and powered by Composable UI by Orium. It’s designed to make launching loyalty program apps easier for omnichannel retailers. By integrating with technologies like Segment, Braze, and Voucherify, this accelerator includes pre-built templates and code, reducing the time, cost, and complexity of getting your loyalty programs off the ground. It’s a quick, flexible way for brands to create engaging customer loyalty experiences without starting from scratch.

Dashboard Enhancements
In Q3, we also made the Distribution Manager easier to use by simplifying the steps for setting up triggers, actions, and channels. This means you can configure campaigns faster and with less hassle. We’ve also improved customer filtering views, allowing you to create more precise audience segments, making it easier to tailor your campaigns to the right people.
Campaign calendar
We’ve also introduced the Campaign Calendar feature, allowing you to visually track the start and end dates of your campaigns and drafts in a convenient calendar view. You can click on campaigns to view more details or access the Campaign Details page (further improvements planned for future versions).
What’s Coming in Q4?
Looking ahead to Q4, we’re excited to bring more improvements:
- Improved areas & stores: Updates are on the way to give you more detailed control over regional promotions within the Areas & Stores feature, available to Enterprise users. These changes will make it easier to manage campaigns across multiple locations and target specific regions more effectively.
