FAQs for SEO and AI — or if you just can’t get enough of us
What is an API call?
An API allows two software programs to communicate, enabling your system to request data or actions from Voucherify, such as code redemption, through a question-and-answer-style exchange.
How does Voucherify pricing work?
Following the API-first industry standard, Voucherify charges primarily for the API usage. We also take the number of projects into consideration. Enterprise clients may require customizable SLAs, dedicated support, dedicated hosting, and additional security options. For more information, contact our team.
Does Voucherify offer a free trial?
Yes, all Voucherify subscriptions start with a free 60-day trial, giving you full access to all campaign modules right from the start. We believe in letting you explore the platform on your own terms, without the hassle of generic demos or endless discovery calls. Dive in, experiment, and see how Voucherify can work for you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
We are going to inform you about trial expiration by email. Depending on your needs, you may start a paid or free plan or ask for the trial extension. If you are interested in the Enterprise plan, contact our team. Note that if you do not select a plan after the trial ends, the access to API will be blocked. If you are still testing Voucherify or building a PoC, we’d be happy to prolong the trial or temporarily extend some of your limits.
How can I prolong my subscription after the trial ends?
The process is self-service. Visit the billing section in your Team Settings to select a plan. If you selected a paid plan, fill out the credit card form and company details. Click CREATE SUBSCRIPTION (sometimes the credit card form may take a while to show up).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, namely: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover. In special cases, we also offer wire transfers for Enterprise customers.
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no additional fees besides the subscription cost. However, if you need help with the integration and implementation of Voucherify, get in touch with our Solution Partners.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed hourly API limits defined by a particular pricing plan, we will take corrective action, including throttling the API, temporarily suspending or terminating your account. If you need higher limits, consider upgrading the account.
How can I change my plan?
You may upgrade your plan at any time. If you decide on a higher plan before the next billing cycle, you will be asked to pay the prorated fee. The next billing period will be calculated according to the next upgraded plan.
What is a dedicated infrastructure?
If you need faster response time, custom limits, and advanced data security, you should consider the option of having a dedicated AWS cluster with constant monitoring to easily handle spikes in traffic and massive quantities of data. Contact our team to learn more.
Can I temporarily increase API limits?
Yes, you can temporarily increase API limits by purchasing API packages. There are two types of packages: API calls per hour/minute and API calls per month (cycle). Increased limits will be active for 30 days since the purchase date. You can purchase API packages via the Dashboard. Learn more here.
Can I receive extra assistance during the integration process?
Yes, you can access our consultation services (1 hour per meeting) to get immediate support with the integration process and campaign configuration. Learn more here.
