Previously, Unobravo struggled to establish a referral program due to the lack of tools for managing referees and referrers; now, 3% of new customers each month come from referrals, with this figure steadily rising.

Braze and Voucherify for a winning CRM strategy
Integrating with Braze has been essential for effective incentive distribution at Unobravo. This includes using Braze Connected Content for assigning and sharing unique promo codes and saving incentive data as custom attributes, ensuring no data point is skipped.

Unobravo uses Braze to message users on multiple channels, including emails and push notifications.
Besides finding new ways to incentivize users, the integration between Voucherify and Braze streamlines data management between the two platforms. Braze is the primary platform used for managing customer data, while Tableau is used for any extra data crunching.
Voucherify’s metadata and custom events let the Unobravo team run highly granular campaigns based on data points such as the number of sessions or transaction value related to each session. Soon, the team plans to personalize campaigns with more clinical data points such as the success rate of therapy of the individual patient.
Streamlined operations behind successful promotion marketing
The CRM team and the influencer marketing team, comprising six members, collaborate on managing promotions using Voucherify. They receive support from a two-person data engineering team, with additional assistance from the PM.
The integration of Voucherify and Braze has resulted in a steady monthly increase in new customers and revenue for Unobravo. The improving ratio of generated codes to redeemed codes indicates enhanced customer engagement with promotions.
