Redemption Rollback Definition
Redemption rollback is the undoing of redemption. It withdraws the incentive or reward from the customer’s order and updates its status. In Voucherify, redemption rollback can be performed via API or manually with a Dashboard.
You can revert a redemption by calling this API endpoint. This operation creates a rollback entry in the voucher's redemption history and gives a redemption back to the pool. In the case of gift cards, rollback method returns funds back according to the source redemption.
