With pre-built integrations for Segment and Braze, setting up your loyalty program becomes faster and more efficient:

  • Segment manages user data and purchasing processes efficiently. It centralizes data from Voucherify and POS applications, processes it, and transfers it back to Voucherify. When a customer logs in or registers, their identification data is sent to Segment, which creates or updates the user profile in Voucherify through the "Get Customer" endpoint.
  • Braze handles personalized communication, sending real-time messages about rewards and events. When a user earns a reward, Voucherify sends this info to Braze, which then triggers customized notifications to keep users updated on their achievements.
